Jessica Velasquez, EFDA
Jessica was born in Lexington, Kentucky, and raised in Tampa, Florida. She graduated as a dental assistant in 2014 and brings extensive experience in dental insurance billing, patient coordination, and practice management. Jessica excels at helping patients understand their benefits while ensuring accurate, efficient claims processing. She is dedicated to creating a smooth, stress-free experience for every patient and takes pride in supporting both the clinical and front office teams with professionalism, attention to detail, and compassion.
Outside the office, Jessica is a proud mom of three children and enjoys spending time with her beloved pets, Woody the parrot and Milo her dog. In her free time, you can find her kayaking on the water, playing airsoft with her son, hosting brunch for close friends and family, or expressing her creativity through drawing and acrylic painting.

Meet Robin
Robin Matlin, RDH
Robin Matlin is a registered dental hygienist with many years of experience and a genuine passion for patient care. Born in the Bronx, New York, she enjoyed a happy childhood surrounded by family before relocating to Washington, DC at the age of ten. Robin began her academic journey early, entering Howard University at just seventeen, and went on to build her career practicing dental hygiene in Maryland.
At 35, Robin moved to South Florida, where she has continued to care for patients in the Fort Lauderdale and Miami areas. She is happily married and a proud mother of two children, including her son Glenn, who is completing his doctorate in artificial intelligence.
Robin’s greatest professional focus is patient happiness. She believes every patient deserves to be treated with kindness, respect, and gentle hands, and she takes pride in helping people feel comfortable and cared for at every visit.
